5.1. Contact Form (via Formspree)
If you contact me via the contact form on my website, the data you enter (e.g., name, email address, message) will be transmitted to and processed by Formspree (formspree.io), a service provided by Formspree, Inc., USA, to enable me to receive and manage your inquiry.
Data Processed: Information you provide in the form fields (e.g., name, email, message content), your IP address (collected by Formspree for spam prevention).
Purpose: To respond to your inquiries, provide customer support, and for communication related to your request.
Legal Basis: For processing your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (if your inquiry is related to pre-contractual measures or an existing contract) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (my legitimate interest in efficiently handling inquiries). Your submission of the form implies consent to this specific processing.
Data Transfer to USA: Formspree is a US-based company. Data transfer to the USA is based on an adequacy decision by the EU Commission (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework - DPF) if Formspree is certified under the DPF, or on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) adopted by the EU Commission (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR) entered into with Formspree.

Retention: Data from contact form submissions is retained by me for as long as necessary to process your inquiry and for any follow-up correspondence, or as required by legal retention periods (e.g., for business letters). Formspree may also retain data according to its policies.
5.2. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google"). If the responsible body for data processing on this website is located outside the European Economic Area or Switzerland, then Google Analytics data processing is carried out by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA.
Google Analytics uses "cookies" (see Cookie Policy ) to help analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of the website will usually be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.
IP Anonymization: I have activated IP anonymization on this website. Your IP address will be truncated by Google within Member States of the European Union or in other states party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area before being transmitted to the USA. Only in exceptional cases will the full IP address be transmitted to a Google server in the USA and truncated there.
Purpose: On my behalf, Google will use this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide other services relating to website activity and internet usage.
